Growth :: Viviscal Introduction

*waves* Hiiiii!!!

Yesterday you may have seen my post about my inspiration for growth this year and the first new item on the “To Try” list is Viviscal.The sample I was sent is a drug-free, oral dietary supplement that helps with thinning hair (which I am trying to remedy at the crown of my head) and also promotes existing growth which I seem to have going on hehe :o).

I’ve heard/seen lots of reviews on this supplement so I am curious to see how it works for me! The recommended intake is 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 3-6 months, I only have a one month supply so I’ll see what happens within that one month.  I was happy to see that this product contains biotin which I have taken in the past. Oh and it supposedly helps grow stronger, longer nails…I’ve never had a problem with my nails but hey, can’t hurt :o) You can buy it from their website for $49.99 and online on sites like drugstore.com for $39.99.

  1. Hey! Totally not judging you and not one of those wacky animal conservationist people, but did you notice that one of the ingredients in Viviscal is shark? Just wondering if you knew that sharks and lots of other large fish, like tuna, are going extinct and may not exist anymore in the next couple of years. A lot of people don’t know that, so I thought I would mention. If it doesn’t bother you, totally ok with me, I’m a Christian, so I believe we’re made to rule over the animals anyway, but using a product made from something that’s already going extinct would make me think twice… But that’s, like I said, just me. Just wasn’t sure if you were aware. You can google and read up about it if you like.

    One hair supplement I liked and was using up until I got pregnant again was Biotin. I think they sell 5000 mg (or some crazy high amount like that… Maybe it was 10,000) on Amazon which is a lot higher quantity than most biotin pills and I’d noticed results with that, if you’re interested….

    Anyway, not trying to be a Debbie Downer and totally no judgement here…. Just a little FYI, in case you didn’t know!

    God bless!
    Aja

    • hey Lady! Yes I noticed it (I listed it above in the post :o) ) but that doesn’t bother me but I thank and respect you for your opinion and sharing that info! You’re no Debbie Downer I appreciate your comments!! I love an open dialogue! I used to take Biotin as well I just ran out of my supply lol
